?Breast cancer increase particularly in developing countries where the  majority of cases are diagnosed in late stages.

?one of a few cancers for which an effective screening test is available.

  MRI (magnetic resonance imaging)
  MAM(mammography)
  BUS(breast ultrasound)
  CBE(clinical breast exams)

?So far, the only screening method proved to be effective is MAM, and is cost-effective & feasible in good health infrastructured countries that can afford a long-term organized population-based screening programmes

?CBE could be implemented in limited resource settings pearly detection in order to improve outcome and survival remains the cornerstone of breast cancer control
