Abstract:（A new patent of “flexible sensor array, palpation probe and preparation method of palpation probe, ZL201910003796.9”, was issued by national intellectual property administration on 28th Aug.2020. The patented technology and method solved the issue in preparation of curved surface palpation probe or the spherical surface palpation probe, which in turn contribute a lot to the practice of BBES(Bionic Breast Exam System) in broader range of breast health management. As the patent strategy and layout progressed, the transition of BBES service model and step to listed company is going forward steadily. ）
Focusing on palpation imaging technology behind BBES, Sino Cambridge Co. Ltd., has been issued two National Invention Patents and one layout design of integrated circuit, that all these IP is classified as class one by Chinese high-tech enterprise certification.
The patented technology and method tackled the problem of preparation of curved surface palpation probe or the spherical surface palpation probe, which in turn contribute a lot to the practice of BBES(Bionic Breast Exam System) in wider range of breast health management. The issued invention provides a sensor array isolation based on a flexible insulating material and a preparation method of the sensor array. The method comprises the following steps: a sensor array is prepared at a wafer level; the deep groove of the sensor array is isolated through etching, the flexible insulating material is embedded in the deep groove, and the cut sensor array can be bent due to the fact that the flexible insulating material serves as an interval and is flexible, so that the curved surface palpation probe or the spherical surface palpation probe can be prepared.
